Too watch Video

In southern Pakistan, floods continue to cause havoc with water surging from the province of Sindh to neighbouring Balochistan. The extent of the disaster is enormous. In the centre of the country - near Multan - entire towns and cities have been cut off. Many flood survivors are protesting at the government's slow response to the crisis. In southern Pakistan, camps in Karachi and Hyderabad are preparing for an influx of 10 million refugees.

Pakistan's Foreign Minister, Shah Mahmood Qureshi has warned of the danger of water-borne diseases.

The BBC's Orla Guerin has travelled to one of the worst affected areas.
